Jean Thompson has won an humanitarian award at an event in New York! Jean is a wonderful, selfless person who not only is a trustee of The CVI Society but also Chair of Trustees of The Aquinoe Learning Centre Charitable Trust, which supports a school in Kenya. The school, founded in 1998 is located in Kitale, about 242 miles from Nairobi. Some of the pupils have disabilities. Many of the families are very poor, and some of the children are orphans, so both of these groups are in desperate need of assistance.

The CVI Society is entirely run by people giving up their spare time to share information and support others.
If you can provide funds for the things we cannot get for free then you can help us to help others.
